Professional Staff

Dr. Monica B. Mennite grew up in Miami, Florida.  She graduated from Miami-Dade College with an Associate’s degree in Medical Sciences.  She continued her studies at the University of South Florida, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Dr. Mennite graduated from the University of South Florida with her Doctorate in Audiology in May 2008. She completed specialized training in the areas of dizziness and disequilibrium from the American Institute of Balance in Seminole, Florida.  Dr. Mennite was also awarded a 3 year fellowship through Bay Pines V.A. Medical Center, where she received specialized training in the areas of hearing aid devices and tinnitus.  She is a licensed audiologist in the state of Georgia. She is also a certified member of the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA), a member of the Georgia Academy of Audiology, and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA).

Haley jointed the Hearing Center at Albany ENT in July 2009.  She currently attends Darton College and is a part of the Lady Cavalier basketball team.  She plans on transferring to the University of Alabama or Valdosta State University to major in early childhood education.  Her career aspirations are audiology, speech pathology, or physical therapy.  Haley graduated from Terrell Academy in May 2009 with honors.  She currently resides in Albany, GA.  Her hobbies include basketball, softball, and reading.  

Laura joined the Hearing Center at Albany ENT in May 2010.  She graduated from Worth County Highschool in May 1999.  She then continued her studies as a medical office specialist in Moultrie Technical College in May 2002.  She currently resides in Sylvester, GA.  Her hobbies include riding bikes, shopping, and spending time with her kids.
